Rent a holiday home in Valsolda

HOW TO BOOK CASAMIA

To book Casamia you must follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill in all the fields of the booking form, including the customer description that is mandatory because we want to know who we host!
  2. Check availability on the selected dates.
  3. Confirm the reservation.
  4. Download, fill in and return signed the "Short Tourist Lease Agreement". The contract contains useful and valuable information for you and represents the legal confirmation of the successful rental transaction. You can return it by e-mail at sara@casamia-valsolda.it, or in paper form at check-in. To download it click here!
  5. Pay within 24 hours of the confirmation of the booking a deposit confirmatory equal to 30% of the total amount (while the balance will take place at check-in at the same time as the delivery of the identity documents and the payment of the residence fee). Only in this way you can consider the reservation confirmed; otherwise we will not guarantee the availability of Casamia on the selected days.
  6. Send a copy of the successful transfer to the sara@casamia-valsolda.it email.

The house is spread over two floors for a total of about Mq 120; entrance into the living room with a wide and well-equipped kitchenette, three double bedrooms, double bathroom both with tub, cellar, balcony and a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake where you can eat or sunbathe.

Rules and home manual

Check-in from 1.00 pm to 4:00 pm

I am available to receive you also at other times as long as you let me know a couple of days before. The day of your arrival, I ask you the kindness to inform me by mail, sms or WhatsApp if you are on time or not.

Those who do not communicate the arrival time and show up after 4:00 pm will have to pay 10 euros for each hour of delay, beyond 8.00 pm will be considered as NO SHOW.

The tenant and all member of his group must provide at check-in a copy of a valid identity document or passport, including children and infants, for registration at local authorities.

The tenant also must pay, at check-in, through the owner/landlord the tourist tax provided by the municipality of Valsolda which is equal to € 1.00 per person per day.

 

Check-out by 10 am

The property must be vacated by 10 am to allow the housekeeper to clean and getting the house ready for the new guest.

If you want to leave the accommodation later or need to leave your luggage, we can find a solution but you still have to allow the servicewoman to enter the house at 11:00. Am.

 

BEHAVIORAL POLICIES AND USEFUL INFORMATION

  1. Expenses related to the provision of services, such as: light; water; gas; Final cleaning expenses are all included in the agreed price except for the tourist tax as mentioned.
  2. The tenant and his group cannot host extra people over those established by this contract, unless a new agreement with the owner, under penalty of termination of the contract law.
  3. Pets not allowed.
  4. Smoking is not allowed.
  5. It is forbidden to organize parties or events.

There are no other particular rules to respect, except those of normal civil life and education, I expect you to behave at CASAMIA as well as at your home, bearing in mind that it is an environment oriented towards holidays of relaxation, peace and tranquility

  • If you suspect a malfunction of any household appliance but especially of the boiler, contact me immediately, please do not adjust it according to your judgment; if you only want more heat in the house, you have thermostats that work perfectly and without limits or restrictions.
