The House

The Home

Casamia Juliette used to be a stable for housing animals, then around 1980 it was renovated and became a beautiful little house that has retained its original structure.

It is a completely independent house, spread over two floors totalling about 90 square metres.

It is not huge but the spaces are well organised and the whole house is well equipped.

It can be reached directly by car and has two large parking spaces right under the house.

On the ground floor we have the main entrance with a large anteroom which is furnished with very spacious built-in wardrobes.

The antechamber leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms are one double and one with up to three single beds.

On the upper floor there is a large living room with fireplace, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and access to the large garden area.

There is a double sofa bed in the living room for a total of 7 beds plus a cot.

The garden is very large and there is a marble table with an awning to protect from the sun when eating, there is a space for sunbathing, a small artificial pond with goldfish and water lilies.

In the highest part of the garden there is a viewing area with a bench, where you can enjoy the fantastic autumn sunsets or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape with lake and mountain views.
